Inside
Not much comfort inside for the solo sailer. The canting keel box takes most of the space under the coach roof. Aft there is a bunk made of cellfoam (for insubmersibilty), but it is usually stuffed with sails, water containers and all gear of substancial weight (on the windward side). The sailer sleeps in 15-20 minutes naps in a sitting position behind the keel box.
An alarm is an essential bit of kit - I have two, a battery one that has Velcro on it, which also sticks to the inside of the collar of my Musto HPX oilskin top, right next to my ear! And a second which is a high frequency squeal which is meant to be the exact sound that interrupts the sleep pattern."
