Half Ton World Champion sails

These sails won the Half Ton Cup in -91. The light genoa, here pushing the limits of its wind range, is by modern standards a little full in the lower part & round in the exit. The main flattens out great, never mind the overbend wrinkles from the clew to the lower luff. The 30 sqm main was superbly engineered and only weighed 9,5 kg - beats with a large margin any 3DL mainsail of today. Unfortunately, the weight of the genoa was not recorded.
