170 is a very low heading

190 is a very high heading

180 is the mean heading on starboard.

On port tack

280 is a very low heading

260 is a very high heading

270 is the mean heading on starboard.

The mean wind direction is SW (225). The wind is oscillating between 215 and 235 (you are lucky to get these easy numbers). Try to get in phase with the shifts: tack when you're headed, avoid tacking when you're lifted.
